You call day or night someone answers your call to acknowledge your request. We had delightful experience during our time of grief. We highly recommend there services.

In March 2020 my uncle who had been in a nursing home for more than fifteen years passed away. Cherri and the team at Heritage worked with me to ensure that my uncle had a decent service and burial. At the beginning of the COVID-19 pandemic, Team Heritage worked to ensure that my uncle was treated with dignity at a time when so many other funeral homes were not handling the individual remains with respect. I applaud Heritage's team for their professional and caring manner with families. They will remain the first place I will turn in time of need for a loved one.

This funeral home was exactly what I was looking for to handle a small intimate funeral. The owner was very accommodating and made everything from beginning to end a perfect experience.

Would recommend near or far!! This Chapel and the owners are truly a blessing. No one can never prepare for the turmoil the they see on a daily basis. My family & I was placed in a difficult situation 1,200 miles away with a deadline. The very next day my brother body was claimed and picked up. They really are family first and everything else second. After numerous calls to other funeral homes, this Chapel was willing to help and their service was the very best. God Bless You

When my uncle passed away I was at a loss. Cheri and Nefar and their team handled everything. They where consummate and caring professionals every step of the way. They were welcoming even in the midst of the Pandemic. Cheri helped every step of the way to make sure that the arrangements met the needs of the family group gathering. Nefar and the rest of the team did a wonderful job with my uncle's remains and I remember thinking he had not looked that done up in years.

I want to thank Heritage for making my time with them as pleasant as the circumstances would allow and I thank them for their hard work and compassion under pressure.

My mom Daphne Thompson passed away and I was left feeling lost and empty with no directions. Nafar and Cheri was a God sent in our lives. They made my mom's transition so easy. Without them I don't know what I'd do. They did an amazing job and I'm so very thankful that they were there for me and my family. They are very passionate and caring.

My cousin, who had been in nursing homes for over 20 years, passed away. Without insurance, I was forced to cremate, but I wanted him to have a service.

Another cousin, recommended Heritage Memorial Chapel. They very quickly put my mind at ease, guiding me thru the process, explaining every step and really working with me. The service was more than I expected and everyone said that the deceased, my cousin, looked great, the chapel is spacious with video displays and music all over. And the staff is exceptional. I would give 10 stars if possible, a really Great place in your time loss.

The staff at Heritage Memorial Chapel is truly phenomenal. Ms. Cheri, Ms. Nikki, and Mr. Nefar were extremely kind, gracious, caring, patient, and comforting to my family and me. My family and I entrusted Heritage Memorial Chapel to host my grandmother’s funeral and burial, and my grandfather’s burial just a month apart. Both of my grandparents’ services were well-planned and executed—we were thoroughly impressed with how beautifully they prepared our grandparents for their homegoing services. This funeral home provided excellent service to me during the most difficult time in my life very patient and easy going and not to mention they did a very good job on my father back in April that really put me at ease I would definitely recommend this establishment to my family and friends it was very much appreciated.

I want to express our heartfelt thanks for how you helped our family manage everything in New York. We were feeling out of our nature and a little out of control and you helped keep us calm with all the services you provided and all the details taken care of to peacefully lay my mom next to my dad. The Heritage Memorial Chapel gave my late father a beautiful funeral service. Mr. and Mrs. Pugh treated us like family through the process of arranging my father's memorial service. They explained step by step of what the service would entailed. They also instructed us on how to put together his obituary and eulogy, and gave us assistance with the selection of my father's flowers. They did a wonderful job with the entire service , and helped us with any concerns. I would recommend them to anyone in need of their expertise.

I went to a funeral there recently. I walked in this place and felt the loved from the owners. Mrs. Cheri Pugh is the most loving and caring person I have meet. The place was decorated so beautifully. She cared about the people that attended the service. She talk with us made sure we had coffee juice etc. I'd recommed this black own establishment to anyone. We love you Mr. & Mrs. Pugh keep up the fantastic work.

Soon as i walked into the Hertiage Memorial Chapel, i felt like family. I came to make arrangements for my mom who suddenly passed away. Every detail was covered and i felt no pressure for nothing. Shown all the different options. My mother was put away so beautiful. She looked like she was asleep. The job that was done was awesome. I can not express in words how pleased i was with the service that was provided to my family. Would i recommend Heritage to anyone else. DEFINATELY.

Coming from out of town, everything was done in a quick manner without any hiccups. Cheri worked with our family during a tough time. She was able to take of everything via email or telephone. Highly reccommend their services.
